1) General Principles

• Play fair. Any advantage obtained through external means is illegal.
• Staff Authority: The administration has the final word in gray areas and the right to investigate any suspicious behavior.

2) Conduct & Socializing

• Prohibited: Severe insults, doxxing, real-life threats, or impersonating Staff.
• Moderate trash talk is allowed; however, hate speech or persistent harassment will lead to a permanent mute or ban.

3) Cheats & Automation

• Human Response: Every active character must be controlled by a human present and responsive. If you don't respond to a GM check while acting, you will be banned.
• AFK Farming: Progressing while not present is considered botting.
• Client: Modifying textures, illegal zoom, or packet editing is prohibited.

4) Dualbox / Multibox & Offline Stores ACTIVE DETECTION SYSTEM

• ✔ Allowed: 1 active character per player. Unlimited offline stores through the Store system in designated commercial areas.
• ✖ Forbidden (Dualbox / Multibox): Controlling, using, or keeping more than one character active for the purpose of playing, progressing, gaining advantages, or assisting another character. No exceptions.
• ✖ Forbidden (Support Characters): Using secondary characters such as: buffers, healers, scouts, assistants, slave characters, or any character created to benefit another player. A connected character that provides buffs, healing, information, protection, or any strategic advantage will be considered Dualbox, even if it remains AFK or inside a town.
• The Hardware Excuse: Having multiple computers, different connections, or playing from different locations does not allow the use of multiple characters. The rule applies to the behavior performed inside the game, not to the number of devices used.
• Coordinated Behavior Detection: The server analyzes actions such as: constant following, synchronized movement, repeated assistance, scheduled buffs, permanent support, coordinated interactions, or any pattern indicating that multiple characters are operating as one unit. When evidence of coordinated behavior is confirmed, the involved accounts may receive permanent sanctions.
• Fair Play Clause: Playing together with other users, forming parties, participating in raids, wars, clans, or organized events is completely allowed. The restriction applies when an additional character is used as a permanent support tool for another specific character, through repeated actions such as following, buffing, healing, assisting, or providing advantages without independent gameplay participation. "It is my brother", "my partner", or "a friend playing next to me" is not considered an exception if the characters show a pattern of exclusive and constant assistance between them. The server distinguishes between real player cooperation and the use of secondary characters to gain unfair advantages.

5) RMT / Real Money Trading

Trading for real money outside Elwyn leads to a permanent HWID Ban for both seller and buyer.

6) Bugs & Exploits

• Finding a bug is not a "lucky strike", it's a duty to report it. Exploiting it = Ban.
• Profits obtained through exploits will be removed, and the character may be rolled back.

7) Accounts & Security

• Your account is your responsibility. Do not share passwords.
• Phishing or trying to access other players' accounts leads to a permanent IP/HWID ban.

8) Economy & Trading

• Deliberate scams (e.g., selling a lower grade item as a higher one) are punishable.
• Deceptive Practice: Using fake shop titles or deceptive names to confuse players is prohibited.

9) Support & Claims

• Staff only supports technical login issues or confirmed critical bugs.
• No Recovery: We do not recover items lost to personal mistakes, "friend" betrayals, or shared account hacks.

10) Penalties & Appeals

• Sanctions range from Jail and Mute to Level Reduction or Permanent HWID Ban.
• Respectful appeals only. Disrespect in a ticket results in immediate case closure.

11) Notices & Limitations

The server may adjust mechanics for stability. It is the player's duty to check this page for updates.

12) External Advertising

• Spamming other servers or projects in Elwyn's channels (Game, Discord, Web) is a permanent ban.

13) Olympiads & Competition

• Anti-Feed: Intentionally losing matches to "feed" points to another character (even within the same clan) is prohibited.
• AFK / Non-Combat: Entering the arena and staying AFK to gain points/tokens without fighting is punishable by point reset.
• Using multiple characters from the same household to manipulate the ranking will result in a total disqualification of all characters involved.
