Wiki — 2nd Class Transfer (Level 40)

In Gracia Final Epilogue, the 2nd class transfer is completed at level 40. The traditional retail flow uses a series of three quests that award marks. When you have all required marks for your target class, you return to your class master to transfer.

Retail structure (3 required quests / marks)

For most classes, the 2nd transfer follows this pattern:

• 1) “Trial of …” (starting around level 35)
• 2) “Testimony of …” (mid-to-late 30s)
• 3) “Test of …” (late 30s)

Example (Elf Knight paths):

• Temple Knight: Trial of Duty + Testimony of Life + Test of the Healer
• Swordsinger: Trial of the Challenger + Testimony of Life + Test of the Duelist

Common “Trial of …” quests (official)

These are some of the main “Trial of …” quests used across class routes:

• Trial of Duty (starts in Giran — Grand Master Hannavalt)
• Trial of the Pilgrim (near Orc Barracks — Hermit Santiago)
• Trial of the Challenger (Dion — Kash)
• Trial of the Guildsman (Giran — Warehouse Keeper Valkon)
• Trial of the Scholar (Dion — Magister Mirien)
• Trial of the Seeker (Giran — Master Dufner)

L2Elwyn option: skip the 2nd class transfer quests

On L2Elwyn you can choose between:

• Retail way: complete the official 3-quest / 3-mark route.
• Skip option: pay 3,000,000 Adena to skip the quest requirements and perform the 2nd class transfer instantly.

Note: the skip option is a server convenience feature; the retail quest routes remain available for players who prefer the original experience.

After the transfer

• New skills and stronger class identity.
• You can begin preparing for your 3rd class transfer at level 76 (Saga quest).
